Maryjane has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, all strength based modalities with a perspective that as the person desiring to make a change in your life you also hold the key to that change. She believes that you are the one that can define what that change needs to look like and hold within you the solution to make that happen. Maryjane is a student of Energy Psychology and uses Emotional Freedom Techniques in her therapy and has found it helpful for client’s dealing with unwanted negative emotions. Her goal is to help facilitate healing, self discovery, thought and behavioral change, all in an effort to create a life that will be more satisfying and joyful.
She works with individuals, couples, families, and facilitates group therapy sessions. She will be offering group sessions for stress reduction and weight management in the near future.
